Taxes

We prepare all types of income tax returns, both state and federal and both corporate and individual. We file monthly IVU forms. We can get you your merchant certificate and your state and federal employer number. As a specialist in income taxes and certified by the Department of the Treasury in Puerto Rico, we can transmit your income tax forms through the web ("online")
Payroll

We provide complete payroll services including the filing of related quarterly returns. We are watching for any changes in the laws that may affect your payroll and we implement the necessary changes to bring you into compliance with these laws.

If you do not require full payroll services, we can also provide quarterly return services only, so that they you are up to date with your employer tax obligations.
Consulting Services

We provide financial consulting services so you can run your business. These services may include help processing loans and government aid in times of disasters such as hurricanes and pandemics.

We prepare all kinds of financial statements including compilations, reviews and audits for businesses. We also prepare personal financial statements for all your needs including senatorial confirmations.

Incorporations
​
We provide business incorporation services. We can register your business with the Department of State in PR to create all kinds of businesses from LLC to regular corporations. We can also prepare by-laws and member agreements for LLC's. Once the corporation is prepared we can get you an employer number and a merchant certificate so that they can start their operations on the spot.
